Born on the tropical island of Barbados, Renée R. Baugh's passion for design began at a young age. 

 

At just 15 years old, she migrated to the United States, and pursued her Bachelor of Architecture degree at New Jersey Institute of Technology a few years later.

 

With over 20 years of experience in the field, she is a highly skilled Design Professional. 

 

Renée and her husband Christopher combined their expertise to create a thriving design build firm, and through hard work and determination, they transform visions into reality.

 

She is a woman of many talents, not only excelling in the business world but also serving as an ordained Pastor alongside her husband Christopher. Her compassionate and caring nature extends to her passion for helping women, particularly those who have experienced abuse. It is her mission to help these women find healing and empowerment, and she is dedicated to this cause.

 

Despite their busy schedules as business owners and ministry leaders, Renée and Christopher prioritize raising their four children with unwavering love and dedication.
